Glavon Returns & Refunds
Not happy with your order? We've got you covered.
At Glavon, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, our team is here to make it easy.
Return Policy
- Glavon accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items.
- All return requests must be submitted within 20 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- To request a return, email help@glavonbrand.com — our team will send you a prepaid return label within 1–3 business days.
- Returns must use a trackable shipping method — Glavon is not responsible for lost return packages.
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Glavon accepts exchanges. Upon return approval, you may choose between:
- Full refund to your original payment method — processed within 3 business days.
- Store credit valid for 12 months, delivered via email within 1 business day.
For a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item separately.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty or damaged).
- Accessories (excluding shoes and heels).
- Lingerie and intimates.
- Swimwear without the original hygiene protection sticker intact.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email help@glavonbrand.com within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the defect.
Our team will prioritize your case and offer a full refund or free replacement. No return required for items under $30.
Order Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at help@glavonbrand.com and we will investigate immediately. If the package is confirmed lost, Glavon will issue a full refund or resend your order at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of return approval.
- Store credit is delivered via email within 1 business day.
- Please allow up to 3 business days after return approval before contacting us for a refund status update.
- Currency: USD.
How to Start a Return
- Email help@glavonbrand.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team responds within 24–48 hours with your return label and instructions.
- Ship your item using a trackable method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit is processed within 3 business days.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet our return standards will be rejected and returned to the customer.
