Shipping Policy
At Glavon, every order is shipped securely with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way — from our fulfillment center straight to your door.
Order Processing Time
All Glavon orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Each package goes through quality control before being handed to our carrier.
Cut-off time for same-day processing: 00:00 midnight (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Worldwide Shipping
Glavon ships to every country worldwide using trusted international carriers to ensure reliability and full tracking coverage.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 10–15 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery: 8–18 business days from order date
- No deliveries on weekends or national holidays
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal delays beyond Glavon's control

Free Worldwide Shipping
Glavon offers free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100 USD. Orders below this threshold may be subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at help@glavonbrand.com and our team will investigate promptly.
Customs & Import Duties
Glavon ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Glavon is not responsible for any customs-related delays or fees.
Order Not Arrived
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us immediately at help@glavonbrand.com. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, Glavon will issue a full refund or resend your order at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Glavon is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at help@glavonbrand.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
